GCPR 2026: Camera Ready Instructions
Everywhere below, replace XXX in file names with the paper ID with 0 padding (e.g. 019 for paper ID 19 and 119 for paper ID 119).
1. For the camera-ready version, please use the same GCPR 2026 author kit as for submission and change the setting \reviewtrue to \reviewfalse where indicated.
- It is not mandatory, but Springer encourages including the ORCID-ID for each author. You can also use \orcidlink{...} with \usepackage{orcidlink} instead of \orcidID{..}. If an ORCID-ID does not exist yet, it can be obtained from www.orcid.org. If you do not want to use the ORCID-ID, please remove it in the LaTex template.
- Mark the corresponding author with \thanks{Corresponding Author}.
2. Page limit: 13 pages excluding references. We increase the page limit by 1 page for the camera-ready version to allow you to include any (meta)-reviewer comments and to accommodate author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, etc.
3. Copyright form: Please download and fill in the copyright form. It should contain the name of the corresponding author. The form should be signed by the corresponding author by hand and scanned.
4. The camera-ready submission must include a single XXX.zip file:
- The scan of the signed copyright form named as XXX-copyright.pdf.
- A text file “contact.txt” containing the name and email address of the corresponding author. This email will be used to contact you to proofread the publication-ready paper.
- The pdf file of the submission named as XXX.pdf. Only the main paper, without the supplement.
- A folder called “source” containing:
- A single main source TEX-file named as XXX-main.tex. Please make sure that tables and equations are editable, and not pasted in as figures.
- bib and XXX-main.bbl files. The bbl file is required to avoid omission of data during conversion from bib to bbl.
- Image files. All figures are printed in black and white, unless a special arrangement has been made for colored figures. Colored figures remain in color in the online version. Please make sure that any colored figures are equally clear in black and white.
- Do not use any subdirectories and paths in the LaTex file.
5. Repeat step 4 for the supplement (XXX-supp.zip with XXX-supp.tex, without contact.txt and copyright form.)
Before submitting the files, make sure that the source files compile and that the compiled version is identical to XXX.pdf. Do not include XXX-main.pdf or any log files or other files that are not required to compile the LaTeX file. Please note that Overleaf and some editors sometimes compile the files despite of errors. Please check that there are no errors in the log files, such as missing brackets.
