Presentation Guidelines
In the following you can find the presentation guidelines for oral and poster presentations.
The assignment of your paper to a certain session can be found at the GCPR website.
Oral Presentation
Each oral is assigned a time slot of 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions and change of speaker. Do not exceed the given time limit.
Please contact your session chair in the coffee break before your presentation and check if your laptop connects with the projector. Graphic connectors are available for HDMI and VGA. If you need other connectors, please ensure that you bring the corresponding converters with you.
In case you do not bring your own laptop, we provide a laptop on which you have to copy your presentation in the coffee break before the oral session. In this case, please prepare your presentation in PDF or PPT format and bring a USB stick to transfer your presentation to the provided laptop.
IMORTANT: Please note that each oral is also assigned a poster to foster further discussions. The corresponding poster will be presented at the poster session that takes place the same day as the oral session. Please find the poster instructions below.
Poster Presentation
The poster format is A0 portrait. The only exception are nectar track posters than can be re-used as is from the respective conference.
Posters will be installed in the hallways and in one or more poster halls. While the assignment to the respective poster sessions can found at the GCPR website, the number of the actual poster boards will be added to the website at a later point (in September).
In case of a morning session, please install your poster between 8:30 and 9:00 and please remove your poster directly at the beginning of the lunch break. i.e. at 12:00. In case of an afternoon session, please install your poster during lunch break, i.e. earliest at 12:00, and remove your poster before 17:30.
