Travel Grants

GCPR-VMV announces the following two travel grants.

Outstanding Bachelor graduates and enrolled Master students with an interest in the DAGM / GCPR fields of work and relevant academic achievements can apply for a travel grant to this year's GCPR. The selected applicants will receive a free full conference registration, a grant for the most economical travel route, and accommodation at the venue up to an amount of 500 euros of documented costs. Researchers beyond master level who have a contribution at GCPR-VMV (Paper, Nectar Track or Extended Abstract) and have difficulty in receiving funding by their institute can apply by August 1, 2026 via: gcpr-vmv@uni-siegen.de. A limited amount of grants will be given to applicants, who will receive a free full conference registration, a grant for the most economical travel route, and accommodation at the venue up to an amount of 500 euros of documented costs. The application needs to contain:
• applicant’s letter describing the need for financial support,
• CV documenting the applicant's academic career, including a list of publications,
• copy of Master certificate with transcript of records (grades),
• a recommendation of the professor leading the group of the applicant.
The selection will be announced before August 15, 2026.
