After 02.09.2024 we charge an additional fee on top of the regular rate, since it will significantly increase the administrative overhead.

Instructions for registrants
Students are PhD students or below enrolled at a university or any other educational institution. Student ID is required during online registration and when picking up your conference badge at the front desk. Students have full access to program, incl. Welcome Reception, Industry Fair and Conference Dinner.
Accompanying Persons must register separately by name and will have access only to the social events (Welcome Reception, Industry Fair and Conference Dinner) but not to the scientific program. They must be accompanied by a person with full registration when picking up their conference badge at the front desk.
Registration and payment will be confirmed by e-mail.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Welcome Reception on 10 September 2024
- Industry Fair on 11 September 2024
- Conference Dinner on 12 September 2024
- Coffee and snack lunches during breaks according to the programme
- Certificate of Participation
Cancellation policy
For cancellations received before 14.08.24 fee will be refunded with a 25% deduction plus 50,00 EUR handling fee.
Cancellations received from 14.08.24 through 27.08.24 will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee plus 50,00 EUR handling fee.
For cancellations occurring after 27.08.24 no refunds can be made.
The registration of participation is binding.
The conference program may be subject to changes.
